Job Description
Role of Engineer: LDD with Multimedia
- CPU, UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, DMA
- CAMERA RELATED PROTOCOLS (GMSL, GMSL2, MIPI CSI), V4L2, VB2 DRIVER AND APPLICATION LAYER
- OpenMax-IL, GStreamer, Codec2 and Android multimedia frameworks,V4L2, VB2 frameworks,video decoders like H264, HEVC, VP9 and other codecs
- Display pipeline. DRM, DSI, DP, DPU (Infotainment systems
- ALSA and QNX Sound Architecture, Audio Algorithms such as Equalizer, delay, post-processing, xtensa DSP architecture, Assembly coding, performance benchmarking of algorithms,Expert knowledge of DSP RTOS, and Computer architecture related concepts such as caching, DMA, MMU,Audio weaver..
Ideal Profile
- Should have experience in one of the following device drivers. It's mandatory to have experience in one of the below.
- Serial Device Drivers
- Camera
- Audio
- Multimedia
- Connectivity
- Display
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Candidate must have 6 yrs - 12 years of experience in Linux / Android device driver development
