TA Team LeadYour role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

This role is contributing to theElectrification Business Distribution Solutions division in Bangalore, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
Define and design the overall Linux system architecture for embedded or enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership in Linux application and driver development.
Architect and implement microservice-based systems running on Linux platforms.
Design and guide solutions involving IPC (Inter-Process Communication) mechanisms such as sockets, shared memory, message queues, etc.
Lead containerization efforts using Docker, Podman, or similar tools, and define deployment models (Kubernetes, systemd services, etc.).
Collaborate with software, hardware, and network teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Review code and design documents to ensure compliance with best practices, security, and performance standards.
Mentor and guide development teams in Linux application development and DevOps integration. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of Linux-based systems.
Qualifications for the role:
10+ years of experience in Linux-based software development and system architecture.
Strong knowledge of Linux kernel and driver development.
Hands-on experience in C/C++, Python, or Go in Linux environments.
Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed application design.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, LXC) and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
Solid understanding of Linux networking, sockets, and IPC mechanisms.
Strong grasp of multi-threading, synchronization, and inter-process communication concepts.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux system performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
