Roles and Responsibility:
- Architect and develop Linux device driver for Display port, Open GMSL /GMSL like SerDes interfaces
- Design and integrate driver with AGL display driver, DRM/KMS framework and graphics stackt
- Lead board and SOC bring up for Display and SerDes sub system
- Debug complex HW / SW issues (link training, timings, clocks)
- Drive Linux Upstreaming and contribute to the AGL community
- Mentor Engineer and provide technical leadership
Requirements:
- Strong C/C++ (C++17+) programming and Linux kernel debugging skills
- Strong experience in Linux Kernel and device driver development
- Experience in POSIX OS (Embedded Linux/QNX), Multi-threading/Processing, IPC, synchronization and multi core programming
- Deep knowledge of Display port /eDP, Device tree, I2C, SPI and GPIO
- Hands on Experience with GMSL/OpenGMSL/FD-Link (or) similar SerDes Technology
- Experience Working with AGL (or) Automotive Linux platform
- Hands on experience Yocto (or) Similar build system
