Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sales Navigator Expert to lead our B2B lead generation and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and modern outreach tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients globally. You will play a crucial role in building Excelohunt's top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying qualified business opportunities through LinkedIn. The right candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and capable of owning the entire lead research, outreach, and qualification process. You should have a strong understanding of B2B client acquisition models and the ability to craft personalised outreach strategies that convert.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and segment qualified B2B prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools.
  • Develop targeted lists aligned with Excelohunt's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Refine ICPs regularly using campaign data and insights from sales feedback loops.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorised for outreach campaigns.
  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools such as Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, or other automation tools as applicable.
  • Craft personalised and value-driven outreach messages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Follow up strategically to nurture relationships and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Apply proven copywriting frameworks like AIDA and PAS to create persuasive and personalised outreach messages that resonate with decision-makers in B2B markets.
  • Assess lead quality based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and track engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.
  • Manage and maintain data accuracy within CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Generate reports on outreach performance, response rates, and campaign efficiency.
  • Track and report detailed performance metrics, including qualified leads added, response rates, meeting bookings, and conversion ratios.
  • Use these insights to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategies with the company's overall revenue goals.
  • Share feedback loops to continuously refine positioning, targeting, and personalisation strategies.
  • Take ownership of lead generation goals and meet monthly KPIs for qualified leads and booked meetings.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimise strategies for better results.
  • Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and problem-solving in every aspect of lead generation.
  • Leverage AI-based tools such as Clay, ChatGPT, and Seamless.
  • AI, or Cognism, to enhance lead targeting, enrichment, and personalisation.
  • Continuously test and implement AI-assisted workflows to optimise lead quality and outreach efficiency.
  • Stay updated on new AI prospecting technologies and suggest ways to improve automation processes.
  • Use AI and market intelligence tools to monitor industry trends, analyse competitors, and identify new whitespace opportunities within the e-commerce and B2B landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in LinkedIn-based B2B lead generation.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Knowledge of outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly) is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills with an ability to create professional, personalised outreach messages.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of client acquisition processes for both B2B markets.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience generating leads for Email Marketing, Marketing, IT, or E-commerce services.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, marketing automation, and performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering for sales messaging.
