Role Description

This is a contract-to-hire, remote position for a LinkedIn & Professional Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will strategize and execute social media campaigns on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating high-quality content, planning posts, analyzing campaign performance, engaging with followers, and optimizing digital strategies to achieve measurable results. Close collaboration across marketing and communication teams will be essential to align goals and objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to drive audience growth and promote engagement with a focus on professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Communication to craft compelling and visually appealing posts tailored to platform-specific audiences.
• Experience in Marketing and strategic planning to develop effective, goal-oriented campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to analyze and interpret social media performance metrics.
