Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships through strategic LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and connections. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling messages, identifying potential leads, researching target profiles, providing excellent communication and customer service, and nurturing meaningful engagements on the platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging content and messages tailored to professional audiences
  • Proven abilities in Community Outreach and Relationship Building on professional platforms
  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on building trust and nurturing long-lasting connections
  • Research skills to identify relevant leads, influential profiles, and industry trends
  • Proactive approach, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools, features, and best practices for professional networking
  • Prior experience in B2B outreach, client relationship management, or similar roles is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
