Youthrive is hiring a full-time LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to manage 4–5 client accounts eventually to 8 clients
Your core responsibility:
Generate qualified sales conversations for B2B, AI, and SaaS founders.
This role is salary-based plus incentives and tied directly to booked strategy calls.
What You'll Be Responsible For• Managing 4–5 LinkedIn accounts
• Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily
• Identifying high-intent founders and C-suite decision-makers
• Building targeted prospect lists within AI, SaaS, and B2B markets
• Sending personalized outreach and follow-ups
• Moving conversations toward qualified booked calls
• Tracking activity and performance consistently
Requirements• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proven ability to find high-intent decision-makers
• Experience targeting AI, SaaS, or B2B markets
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
