Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a LinkedIn Outbound Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing LinkedIn outreach campaigns, managing LinkedIn profiles, researching target audiences, composing outreach messages, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better engagement. Collaboration with the team on LinkedIn strategies and providing regular updates on campaign progress is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, LinkedIn profile management, and lead generation
• Must have 2-3 years experience of using sales navigator
• Strong skills in research, crafting personalized messaging, and audience targeting
• Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and use of CRM or outreach tools
• Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media engagement strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment
• Previous experience in B2B marketing or lead generation is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
