Job Title: LinkedIn Marketing & Outbound Specialist (B2B SaaS)

Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research target accounts and decision-makers for outbound outreach.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn-centric outbound marketing campaigns, including crafting and sending personalized connection requests, InMails, and follow-up messages tailored to B2B SaaS audiences.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists with accurate firmographics and decision-maker data.
- Conduct manual outreach and engagement to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls or demos.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies.
- Track and report outreach performance metrics (responses, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) and optimize based on data.
- Support international sales efforts by tailoring outreach for different regions and cultural contexts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, outbound prospecting, or demand generation focused on B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience executing outbound marketing initiatives and generating qualified leads.
- Demonstrated experience in handling international sales or marketing activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft effective, personalized messages.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outreach performance and refine approaches accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead-generation tools is a plus.
