Job Description

Job Title: LinkedIn Marketing & Outbound Specialist (B2B SaaS)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Department: Marketing / Growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research target accounts and decision-makers for outbound outreach.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn-centric outbound marketing campaigns, including crafting and sending personalized connection requests, InMails, and follow-up messages tailored to B2B SaaS audiences.
  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists with accurate firmographics and decision-maker data.
  • Conduct manual outreach and engagement to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls or demos.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies.
  • Track and report outreach performance metrics (responses, meetings booked, pipeline contribution) and optimize based on data.
  • Support international sales efforts by tailoring outreach for different regions and cultural contexts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, outbound prospecting, or demand generation focused on B2B SaaS.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience executing outbound marketing initiatives and generating qualified leads.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling international sales or marketing activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft effective, personalized messages.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outreach performance and refine approaches accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead-generation tools is a plus.
