Job Title: LinkedIn lead generation

Location: Gurugram, India (Onsite)

Experience: 3–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn lead generation with proven expertise in LinkedIn-based prospecting and lead generation from Sales navigator. You will be responsible for identifying,

engaging, and closing high-value clients by leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach tools.

This role requires a strong understanding of SaaS product positioning, consultative selling, and relationship building in B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive end-to-end sales cycle for SaaS products – from prospecting to closure.

· Identify and target potential decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced search filters.

· Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups.

· Create personalized LinkedIn messages, InMail's, and content to engage prospects.

· Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.

· Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

· Track sales activities in CRM tools and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

· 3–5 years of proven SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years of active LinkedIn-based selling.

· Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation strategies.

· Experience selling SaaS products to international markets (preferred: US, UK, APAC).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales.

· Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Lemlist.

· Understanding SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn rate).

· Ability to create compelling LinkedIn content to drive engagement.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

· MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
