Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (LinkedIn, UpWork & Online Research)
Location: Shahdara Delhi
Work Mode: [Monday to Friday-WFO) Saturday WFH
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in lead generation or similar role
Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and follow up with potential business leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working under supervision, meeting targets, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers
- Maintain and update lead databases regularly
- Perform structured follow-ups with prospects via LinkedIn, email, or other channels
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead qualification and conversion support
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports
- Work closely under supervision and follow assigned lead-generation strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in lead generation
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to meet targets in a result-driven environment
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or lead-tracking systems (preferred)
- Self-disciplined and organized approach to work
