Position Description
Karma Group is seeking a data-driven Marketing AI Business Analyst to elevate how our marketing team leverages data and AI for smarter decision-making. In this role, you will use AI-powered analytics to evaluate campaign performance, understand customer behaviour, and generate insights that directly impact lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in transforming marketing data into strategic actions, ensuring campaigns are optimised, targeted, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse marketing performance data across channels (Meta, Whatsapp, CRM, paid media, etc.) using AI tools to identify trends, patterns, and optimisation opportunities.
- Build and maintain AI-powered dashboards to track campaign performance, customer journeys, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights and reports to marketing leadership, simplifying complex data into clear recommendations.
- Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences, or channels and recommend data-backed optimisation strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to refine audience segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies.
- Support lead lifecycle analysis by tracking acquisition, nurturing, and conversion effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing insights with pipeline performance and revenue outcomes.
- Automate marketing reporting and analytics processes using AI tools and workflows.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven marketing analytics tools and ensure integration with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical use of customer data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analysis, or business analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing insights, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualisation.
- Experience with marketing analytics platforms.
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on driving measurable marketing impact.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
