Job Title:LinkedIn Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist (Zoho CRM Expert)

Location:Gurgaon, India (On-site)

Shift:7:30 PM 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation (Sales Navigator) & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads, executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, and managing CRM workflows to support sales growth for our US based client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach

  • Execute targeted LinkedIn prospecting, connection building, and messaging campaigns
  • Conduct profile searches, identify decision-makers, and engage prospects professionally
  • Manage InMail campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B databases
  • Follow-up and nurture leads to support sales pipeline growth

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on demand generation
  • Manage organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Create engaging content for outreach, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions

Zoho CRM Management

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate lead and pipeline data
  • Automate workflows, scoring, and lead nurturing in Zoho CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to streamline CRM usage and reporting
  • Generate dashboards and weekly performance reports

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation & digital marketing
  • Hands-on expertise inZoho CRM(automation, campaign setup, workflows)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & B2B lead tools
  • Strong communication and business writing skills (English proficiency required)
  • Knowledge of email marketing, retargeting & CRM-based funnels
  • Ability to track metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot (plus), Google Workspace, etc.
