You will architect LinkedIn growth systems that attract CXOs, founders, doctors, and high performing professionals while also building high performing LinkedIn advertising funnels that generate qualified leads and revenue.

Your Impact Arsenal: Responsibilities That Shape Influence & Growth:

1. Engineer LinkedIn Thought Leadership: Build powerful content strategies that position Antano & Harini as pioneers in human capability development
2. Create High Impact Content: Write and develop LinkedIn posts, articles, and storytelling content that attract entrepreneurs, CXOs, and professionals.
3. Run Revenue Generating LinkedIn Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads, program enrollments, and measurable revenue.
4. Design LinkedIn Funnels: Build complete lead generation funnelsfrom ad creatives to landing pages and conversion tracking.
5. Audience & Targeting Strategy: Identify and target high value professional audiences including founders, business leaders, doctors, and decision makers.
6. Performance Optimization: Track campaign performance, reduce cost per lead, improve conversions, and continuously scale profitable campaigns.
7. Build Authority Ecosystems: Grow Antano & Harini's LinkedIn presence into a hub for thought leadership and intellectual conversations.
8. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and ecosystem growth.

You're the Catalyst We Crave If:

• 25 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to run LinkedIn Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads or revenue.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills for professional audiences.
• Experience building marketing funnels and conversion systems.
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
