Linguistic Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead generation activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and the assigned regional language.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and ongoing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
• Update customer interactions and lead details in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in English (Mandatory) along with any one of the following regional languages:

• Assamese
• Bengali
• Kannada
• Malayalam
• Odia
• Punjabi
• Tamil
• Telugu

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and the selected regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Shift Details

• Day Shift Only
• 9 Hours Shift (Rotational)
• 1 Rotational Week Off

Compensation

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

(Based on communication skills and interview performance)
