Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring Linguistic Customer Care Executives for its Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions, generating leads, and providing accurate information regarding products and services while communicating effectively in English and a regional language.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and the assigned regional language.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Languages Required

Candidates must be proficient in English (Mandatory) and any one of the following languages:

• Assamese
• Bengali
• Kannada
• Malayalam
• Odia
• Punjabi
• Tamil
• Telugu

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and the chosen regional language.
• Customer-centric attitude with good interpersonal skills.
