Job Responsibilities
1.Ensuring inspection of the assembled vehicle as per Inspection Standards
2.Resolution of Defects using Problem solving tools
3. Man power management and Multi tasking.
4. Kaizen activities for safety,Productivity,Quality.
5. Maintaining excellent level of 5S at work area.
6. Operator Training as per Work Instruction Sheet.
7. Ensuring PPE adherence and safety audits.
8.Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.
Competencies / Skills
1. Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.
2. Experience of quality abnormality Handling
3. Experience of Vehicle Inspection & Manufacturing Process of 4 Wheeler Industry
5. Hand on Experience of Implementing5S.
6. ISO 9001-2015 System & procedure Knowledge
6.Man power handling, Operator concern resolution
