About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Lighting Design Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver innovative lighting solutions across a range of projectsincluding residential, commercial, retail, and outdoor environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop lighting layouts and simulations using tools such as Dialux EVO, Calculux, Lumen Micro, and AutoCAD
- Prepare detailed BOQs, technical documentation, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Select and specify appropriate luminaires and lighting components based on design intent and project requirements
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to present concepts and align on design direction
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage specifications, approvals, and project milestones
- Participate in site visits to assess on-ground conditions and ensure design implementation
