Job Description: We are looking for an empathetic Student Mentor (Lighthouse) who can help students in Class 11th and 12th in different phases of their IPM/BBA Exam Preparation journey with Time Management, Stress Management, Exam Preparation, Profile Building, Interview Preparation, and College Admission.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities as a part of this job profile include:
- a. One-On-One Online Mentor Meets & Calls with enrolled Class 11-12 IPM/BBA Aspirants to help them with their problem areas in Time Management, Stress Management, Exam Preparation, Profile Building, Interview Preparation, and College Admission during different parts of this journey, to enhance their exam preparation.
- b. Analyzing Student Data & accordingly sharing inputs twice every month in their Family WhatsApp Group.
Skills & Experience Needed
- a. Must have pursued either of BBA/BMS/MBA or any similar Business Administration & Management degree who has given IPMAT and other BBA exams after school
- b. Min. 1-2 Years Of Prior Experience In Teaching or Mentoring With Proven Track Record
- c. Good English & Hindi Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
- d. Proficiency In MS Excel & Making Presentations
- e. Open To Intra-State & Inter-State Travel For Student Bootcamps & Sessions
- f. Passionate about elevating student levels & nurturing successful careers
