3. Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance

• Perform daily checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights)
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Report any mechanical problems immediately

4. Documentation

• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and mileage reports
• Carry valid documents (license, insurance, registration)
• Obtain delivery confirmations or signatures when needed

5. Route Planning

• Plan efficient routes using maps or GPS
• Avoid traffic congestion and delays
