We are seeking a skilled Lift Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience in the lift industry, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of lift systems. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair lifts and elevators in commercial and residential buildings.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure lifts are functioning correctly and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot lift malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to complete lift installations.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work performed on lifts.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies related to lift operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in lift installation, maintenance, or repair.
- In-depth knowledge of lift and elevator systems, including hydraulic and traction systems.
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations pertaining to lift operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems relevant to lift technology.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
