Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Lift / Elevator Engineer to manage installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of elevator systems for a large-scale real estate project in Gurugram. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-rise, premium development with end-to-end ownership.

Position: Lift Engineer

Location: Sector 53, Gurugram

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience: 610 years

Mode of Interview: Face-to-face

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and commissioning of lift/elevator systems at site
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and contractors for execution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, drawings, and specifications
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and post-handover
• Monitor maintenance activities and resolve breakdowns
• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of lift works

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in elevator/lift installation, commissioning, or maintenance (mandatory)
• Experience with leading elevator companies or similar organizations preferred
• Strong technical understanding of lift systems and safety standards
• Experience in real estate/construction projects is preferred
• Ability to handle vendors and site coordination effectively
• Immediate joiners preferred
