As a Lifestyle Concierge, you will be the primary touchpoint for elite customers, managing high-profile requests ranging from luxury travel and fine dining to exclusive sports and entertainment experiences.
What You Will Do
- Request Fulfillment: Independently research and fulfill complex lifestyle requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Relationship Management: Establish deep connections with customers to understand their unique likes and dislikes, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent prestigious client brands with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Problem Solving: Exercise judgment and discretion to resolve escalated issues and manage vendor communications effectively.
- Resourcefulness: Leverage a global network of partners and resources to provide accurate and timely information.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-end customer service or sales within luxury hospitality, travel, airlines, or guest services.
- Education: Graduation in any stream.
- Language Skills: Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and professional fluency in Hindi.
- Global Mindset: Strong geographical knowledge and a keen interest in global lifestyle trends (culture, shopping, sports, etc.).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools; travel industry software experience is a plus.
- Soft Skills: An active listener who is approachable, objective, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
