As a life skills trainer (Intern) at Arihant Publications, your role will involve conducting training sessions to enhance the life skills of school students, helping them reach their full potential. Your strong proficiency in both spoken and written English will be essential in delivering effective communication and training materials.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist trainers in delivering engaging training sessions on various life skills topics.
- Develop training materials and resources to support the learning process.
- Conduct assessments and create reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to training and development.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay current on trends in training and development to continuously improve our programs.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training events and workshops at schools.
Note: Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR and work at our Noida office.
