Job Description Life Sciences Consulting Leader role

Experience Required 18+ years of experience in US Healthcare Life Sciences domain.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Life Sciences IT and Business Consultant to lead our Offshore Life Sciences Consulting Team within Citius Healthcare Consulting. The candidate needs to have lead large-scale Digital transformation projects in the Life Sciences sector and extensive experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Life Sciences Consulting Head

• Lead the Life Sciences Consulting and work with Consulting leadership to set the strategic direction, goals, and objectives for the Consulting.
• Develop and maintain capabilities, best Consulting s, offerings, and frameworks for the delivery of Life Sciences solutions
• Thought leader and subject matter expert in the Life Sciences domain, providing guidance and direction to internal teams and clients

Client Engagement & Consulting:

• Lead client engagements, understanding their business needs and translating them into consulting solutions to deliver value
• Provide consulting services to Life Sciences clients, including strategy development, IT transformation, and operational improvements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and partner
• Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales and Delivery teams to provide domain expertise for engagements and RFPs/RFIs etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful on time delivery of projects

Expertise in 2 or more of the following Life Sciences areas

• Research and Development (Medical Imaging, Digital Pathology, Lab Information Systems, Lab of the Future)
• Medical Affairs
• Clinical Trials
• RMD Life Sciences Equipment
• Patient Engagement and Digital Health
• Ai in Pharma industry

Innovation & Thought Leadership:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the healthcare life sciences space
• Drive innovation within the Consulting and the consulting organization as a whole by exploring new business and technology trends
• Represent Citius Healthcare Consulting at industry conferences, seminars, and other thought leadership platforms
• Build offerings, Point of views and other thought leadership collaterals for the Consulting as well as Consulting Organization

Team Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop team of consultants and professionals
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Hire the right talent at the right time to deliver high quality engagements and manage team bench and assignments

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and other stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients
• Proficiency in relevant IT tools, platforms, and technologies used in the healthcare industry
