Outpace Consulting Services is looking for an experienced Lead Data Manager in the Life Sciences domain for a leading ITES company. In this role, you will lead daily Clinical Data Management (CDM) activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, error-free databases in line with data management plans and regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in coordinating data management tasks, managing discrepancies, and collaborating closely with study teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Data Management Execution: Perform day-to-day Clinical Data Management activities with a focus on data listing review, data reconciliation, and query management tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Work and coordinate with the team to deliver an error-free, quality database with no open queries, strictly adhering to the data management plan and regulatory standards.
- Study Protocol & Timelines: Thoroughly read and understand study protocols and associated timelines to ensure all activities are aligned.
- Data Entry & Discrepancy Management: Conduct test data entry in TEST environments, perform external checks to handle manual discrepancies, and escalate/action any discrepancies in clinical data as appropriate to the study lead.
- Medical Data Collection & Analysis: Perform medical data collection and analysis of Prostate Cancer Data using databases like HIS/EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and Cases Rave, focusing on CDM phases (startup, close out, conduct).
- Client Interaction: Engage in direct client interactions and meetings to understand requirements and address concerns.
- Process Improvement: Bring forth new ideas and execute plans to manage backlogs and improve overall efficiency.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training to new team members as and when required, fostering a knowledgeable and capable team.
- Compliance: Ensure timely completion of all required trainings and compliance with relevant guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in leading clinical studies/Clinical Data Management.
- Hands-on Experience: Must have hands-on experience in Study Conduct and Close Out.
- Education: Any Graduate.
