Role Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Specialist for Iife Insurance products to lead and scale the Agency/Direct Channel for Ultra HNI customers in Mumbai. The role focuses exclusively on sourcing and managing high-value life insurance solutions for UHNI clientele through elite agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a high-performing UHNI-focused agency force catering to premium and large-ticket life insurance solutions
Acquire, mentor, and retain top-tier HNI/UHNI advisors and relationship partners
Drive sales of high-value life insurance products including protection, legacy planning, estate planning, and bespoke insurance solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, CAs, wealth managers, and influencers
Ensure consistent achievement of premium, persistency, and profitability targets
Provide strategic guidance on complex underwriting cases and customized solutions
Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and MNC best practices
Represent the brand with professionalism in elite networking forums and client interactions
Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA preferred
4 to 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance sales into Mumbai market only (relocation would not be possible), with strong exposure to HNI/UHNI segments
Proven track record in Agency Channel leadership
Strong understanding of high-ticket life insurance products
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and advisory skills
Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior stakeholders and affluent clients
