Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Attend calls from customers/PoSPs/agents/Advisors/Partners and deal with their queries and
requirements.
2.Gather sales information and put it into an easily readable format.
3. Follow up with customer/PoSP's/agents/Advsiors/Partners to make sure that they are satisfied
with a particular product.
4. Makes sure that sales persons are on track with sales goals.
5. Provide necessary data or report to the sales team.
6. Managing reports, supporting the Sales team in the pre and post sales process.
7. Providing Quotations to Partners/Agents/Advisors/POSP
8. Policy Issuance.
9. In-depth knowledge of insurance products ( mentioned below)
10.Proficient with insurance portals and systems
11. Experience in partner on boarding/activation
12 Strong communication and coordination skills
13.Maintaining daily MIS and data entry
14. Liaises and coordinate with insurance companies for servicing related activities
15. Handling renewal target for entire insurance team
