Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent, based in Chennai with the flexibility of working from home on certain occasions. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing end-to-end life insurance sales and service processes. Responsibilities also include understanding client needs, offering advisory support for insurance and financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting with claims processes and queries.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Insurance and Finance, including insurance products and financial planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and provide excellent service
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
- 10 or 12th pass candidate also welcome
