Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Udumalaippettai, with opportunities for some remote work. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, offering suitable insurance plans, assisting clients in understanding various policy options, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. The role also includes maintaining relationships with policyholders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely policy renewals. The agent will work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of financial principles and their application in insurance and related areas
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Solid understanding of Insurance practices and policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-driven and ability to meet sales targets
- Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule, with work from both an office setting in Udumalaippettai and home
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience, especially in the insurance industry, is advantageous
