Role Description

This hybrid role of Life Insurance Agent is based in New Delhi, with some flexible work-from-home opportunities. The employee will focus on identifying and connecting with potential clients to analyze their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Responsibilities include promoting various insurance plans, explaining policy details, building long-lasting client relationships, achieving sales targets, and assisting clients with claims and insurance solutions. The role requires excellent communication and sales skills, along with a customer-focused mindset to ensure financial security and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales and familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices
• Good understanding of Finance and financial planning principles
• Excellent Customer Service skills to guide and support clients effectively
• Knowledge of general Insurance concepts and products
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage hybrid work requirements efficiently
• Prior experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
