Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Advisor located in Vadodara. The Life Insurance Advisor will be responsible for assessing client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and providing guidance on life insurance and investment plans. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, maintaining strong customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting financial consultations, handling policy renewals, and staying updated with insurance and market trends to provide the best advisory services.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Insurance and Finance principles
- Experience in Consulting to assess and address client needs effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication abilities for explaining insurance products and plans clearly
- Proactive approach with ability to achieve sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of regional languages is a plus
