Job Description

Contact Center Representative (Voice Process)

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

5 Days On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for non-sales queries
  • Resolve issues with professionalism, tact, and empathy
  • Provide accurate information based on product/service knowledge
  • Use systems/tools to communicate, update, and manage customer data
  • Maintain records by entering data into internal systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and Team Leader

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in operations center / service industry (mandatory)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (English)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows & internet usage
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to research and handle multiple data sources
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)
  • Must be a team player with high adaptability

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of record management processes (good to have)
  • Must clear pre-hire assessment with 90%+ score
