Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Life Health Insurance Agent. The Life Health Insurance Agent will engage clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions, and provide expert guidance on available coverage options, including Medicare plans. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, building client relationships, advising on policies, and managing insurance portfolios. Ensuring excellent communication and maintaining compliance with industry standards are also key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, and general Insurance practices.
- Proficiency and understanding of Medicare-related insurance options.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Basic understanding of health policies and regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivation, detail orientation, and a proactive approach to fulfilling responsibilities.
