Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Panvel, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining records, and assisting in clinical procedures. You will work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and compliance with clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administering medications, performing basic nursing procedures, and monitoring patient vitals
- Strong patient care skills including the ability to provide physical and emotional support
- Knowledge of documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and adhere to clinical protocols
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification or equivalent qualification
- Experience in clinical or research settings is preferred
- Familiarity with standard safety regulations and infection control protocols
