Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Gurugram. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide therapy and counseling to clients, and develop individual treatment plans based on their unique needs. The role involves performing clinical supervision, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care, and supporting clients overall mental health. The psychologist will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of therapy practices and may occasionally participate in training or research-related activities.
Qualifications
- Skills in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling Psychology
- Experience in administering Psychological Testing and interpreting results
- Proficiency in Clinical Supervision and providing professional guidance to staff
- Strong interpersonal communication, empathy, and ability to establish trust with clients
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Valid clinical licensure as per regional regulations
