Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in Gurugram. The clinical psychologist will provide psychological assessments, conduct psychological testing, and implement therapeutic interventions to support patients with mental health challenges. Responsibilities include individual and group therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, documentation of patient progress, conducting psychoeducation for families, and participating in clinical supervision as needed.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with strong abilities in therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing and Mental Health assessment techniques
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and working within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills are essential
- M.Phil. or doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution
- Valid licensing or certification as a Clinical Psychologist
- Previous on-site clinical experience, preferably in mental health or rehabilitation environments
- Commitment to professional ethics and dedication to patient care
