Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a LIC Financial Advisor, based in Kolkata. The LIC Financial Advisor will engage with clients to provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services. Responsibilities include analyzing clients financial needs, recommending suitable insurance and investment products, preparing customized retirement planning strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on the latest financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals
- Understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to recommend appropriate products
- Experience in Financial Advisory with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess clients financial situations effectively
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in handling financial tools and technology is an advantage
- Prior experience in sales or client management in the insurance or finance sectors is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
