Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a LIC Agent based in Delhi, India, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. A LIC Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, educating them about LIC's various insurance policies, and guiding them to select the best coverage to meet their needs. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves handling customer queries and ensuring a seamless insurance and financial service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Investment-related concepts
- Experience in Insurance and understanding of insurance products and services
- Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local languages and markets is an added advantage
- Relevant certifications or experience in the insurance industry is preferred
