Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for a LIC Advisor and Bimasakhi Advisor at the Life Insurance Corporation of India. As an LIC Advisor or Bimasakhi Advisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable insurance plans. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling LIC products, maintaining strong client relationships, assisting clients with claims and services, and achieving business targets. Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales and marketing experience or demonstrated ability in promoting and selling financial products
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts, financial planning, and ability to analyze client needs
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer queries or concerns
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work diligently on-site as part of a team
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualifications preferred)
- Previous experience in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage but not mandatory
