Engagement Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning & Business Development Consultant to support government engagement, tender participation, and strategic business development across PSUs and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaisoning with Government & PSU Entities: Develop strong working relationships with key decision-makers in central/state PSUs and government departments.
  • Business Development & Pitching: Identify new business opportunities, prepare and present capability decks, and pitch sustainable waste management solutions to public sector clients.
  • Tendering & Bidding Support: Track relevant government tenders and EoIs, coordinate with internal teams for timely response, and support in bid document preparation and submission.
  • Contract Negotiation & Closure: Assist in negotiating and closing MoUs, LOIs, and contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance norms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in public forums, industry summits, and meetings with government agencies to build brand credibility.

Requirements

  • Ex PSU / Government/CPCB retired employee with exposure in liaisoning, public sector sales, or government relations, preferably in waste management or sustainability /pollution control /HSE sectors.
  • Strong understanding of PSU procurement processes, GeM portal, CPPP, and other e-procurement systems.
  • Familiarity with MSW Rules, SWM 2016, and environmental compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across regions as required.
