Role Overview
- We are seeking a high-caliber Liaison Officer to manage government relations and land regulatory affairs for our North Bengaluru projects. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the local revenue landscape, specifically within theDevanahalli and Yelahankataluks, and a proven track record of handling Assistant Commissioner (A.C.) and Deputy Commissioner (D.C.) court cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Land Records: Procure and verify critical documents including RTCs, Mutation extracts, Village Maps, Akarband, and Tippani.
- Court Representation: Manage and track revenue cases at the A.C. and D.C. levels; coordinate with legal teams to resolve title disputes or land conversion hurdles.
- Authority Liaisoning: Secure approvals, sanctions, and NOCs from local bodies includingBIAAPA, BDA, BBMP, and KSPCB.
- Statutory Clearances: End-to-end management of Building Plan Sanctions, Occupancy Certificates (OC), and Khata transfers/bifurcations.
- RERA Compliance: Ensure all project documentation is compliant with RERA norms and updated in a timely manner.
- Field Coordination: Maintain active networks with Tahsildars, Revenue Inspectors, and Sub-Registrars to expedite project timelines.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Regional Expertise: Minimum 5 years of active experience specifically in theNorth Bengalurureal estate market.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Karnataka Land Revenue Act and local building bye-laws.
- Communication: Ability to negotiate effectively with government officials inKannadaand prepare reports/documentation in English.
