Lending relationship Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lending Relationship Officer to join our team. promoting loan products, and maintaining strong relationships with merchants by conducting field visits and executing assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

*Visit market/assigned areas to identify potential customers and merchants
*Promote and sell company loan products (Merchant Loans)
*Conduct regular field visits and maintain relationships with existing clients
*Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers
*Achieve monthly targets assigned by the company
Maintain daily activity reports and update in system/app

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher or experience in sales/finance preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel in field (market visits mandatory)
