Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, understanding and meeting their travel requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to design bespoke travel packages tailored to client needs.
- Interact with internal teams to develop and refine marketing materials targeting the HNI market segment.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
- Drive innovation in sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth in the travel and tourism sector.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, or a related field.
- 1520 years of proven experience in leisure travel sales, with a focus on HNI clients.
- Strong understanding of luxury travel trends and client preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams for product development and marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage leads and track performance.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of international and domestic destinations is a plus.
