Job Title:Legal Team Lead - Visa & Collections

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Team Lead to manage and streamline our legal operations. The role includes handling visa refusals, resolving process delays, overseeing collections recovery, ensuring legal compliance, and providing strategic legal guidance to protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage company legal matters and processes
• Handle visa refusal cases and negotiate refunds
• Assist candidates in resolving visa/documentation delays
• Draft and issue legal notices for collections and recovery
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and minimize legal risks
• Review, draft, and manage contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advisory support to internal teams and management
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required

Required Qualifications:

• LLB degree from a recognized law school
• 3+ years of experience as a lawyer (commercial/corporate law preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Indian legal practices and procedures
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to resolve disputes effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team

Desired Skills:

• Experience in international migration law or the Emigration Act, India
• Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
• Familiarity with collections and recovery law
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach

Job type:Full-time.

Pay: 5-8 LPA(depending on experience and interview).

Working hours:09:30am - 06:30pm (Work from Office role).

Working days:Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off).
