Legal Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage Motor TP claims for designated states.
• Review investigation reports and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Drive effective and timely TP claim settlement through Courts and Lok Adalats.
• Coordinate with external counsels and brief them to ensure the company's legal defence is effectively presented.
• Review and assess the performance of panel advocates regularly.
• Conduct periodic review of claims to monitor progress, timelines, and case quality.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for each region to support timely and cost-effective resolutions.
• Review high-value TP claims for adequacy of reserves and ensure a robust legal defence.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage external advocates and internal stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of court procedures, local legal practices, and Motor TP claim regulations.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to litigation strategy.
• Familiarity with MS Office and claims management systems.
• Proficiency in local language(s), Hindi, and English.
• Passion for performance-driven results and achieving objectives.
