Job Summary
The Legal Officer is responsible for handling all legal matters related to the manufacturing business, including contracts, compliance, regulatory issues, litigation, and risk management. The role ensures the company operates within legal frameworks while minimizing legal risks.

- Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as:
- Vendor and supplier agreements
- Purchase and supply contracts
- Distribution and dealership agreements
- NDAs and service agreements
- Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Factory laws and labor laws
- Environmental regulations
- Industrial safety standards
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Maintain statutory registers and filings
- Litigation & Dispute Management
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters
- Coordinate with external legal counsel
- Represent the company in legal proceedings where required
- Corporate Legal Advisory
- Provide legal advice to management on business decisions
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support mergers, acquisitions, or expansions (if applicable)
