Job Description

  • To receive, segregate and timely forward legal notices addressed to the Bank to the concern team for appropriate action.
  • To maintain an MIS of legal notices
  • To assist the team for coordinating document retrieval in case of retail asset products. Timely sharing the hardcopy of letters/complaints/summons/legal notices received through courier to the concern region/team (TAT of 2days).
  • To prepare and maintain MIS of the legal notices.
  • To consolidate data reports as per regulatory/internal stakeholder requirements in respect og retail asset products.
  • To prepare an MIS of the legal cases in respect of retail asset products by analysing their trends basis various parameters.
  • To co-ordinate with the regional teams for consolidating the data sought by the Corporate team.
  • To prepare data file every quarter for RBI audit reporting.
