Job Title 1: Legal Officer Non-Litigation

Experience:5-10 Years

Proficiency in Kannada is must

Role:

Handling title due diligence, drafting & vetting of Sale Deeds, JDAs, GPAs, Lease & Construction Agreements,

End-to-end property registrations in Karnataka. Ensuring compliance with Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016

Registration Act, 1908

Transfer of Property Act, 1882

Indian Stamp Act, 1899

Karnataka land revenue regulations.

Additional Requirements:

Experience with developer's / law firms / property advisory firms

Strong knowledge of state-specific land laws

Job Title 2: Legal Officer Litigation

Experience:5 -10 Years

Department:Legal

Proficiency in Kannada is must

Role:

Real estate litigation professional representing developers in civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes.

Handling matters relating to project delays, specific performance, injunctions, land title disputes, recovery proceedings, consumer complaints, and RERA litigation.

Additional Requirements:

Experience with developer's / law firms / property advisory firms

Strong knowledge of state-specific land laws

Experienced in appearances before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, and the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
