We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage advisory, compliance, contract, and litigation matters related to power transmission projects and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory support and ensure compliance with the Electricity Act, 2003 and other applicable laws.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts including EPC, consultancy, vendor agreements, MoUs, and tenders.
- Liaise with the State Electricity Regulatory Commission and handle regulatory filings, tariff petitions, and statutory submissions.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, and coordinate with panel advocates.
- Handle corporate, service, and labour law matters; assist in policy drafting and statutory compliance.
- Conduct legal risk assessment and support dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain proper legal documentation and ensure timely statutory renewals.
Eligibility
- LLB (Bachelor's Degree in Law)
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in legal and corporate/service matters within the Power Sector
